Nine students in various Graduate Interdisciplinary Programs were awarded the Herbert E. Carter award for travel from October to December 2024. The students will travel to present their research at conferences as near as Phoenix, AZ, and in cities across the nation such as Chicago, Il; Seattle, WA; Philadelphia, PA; Houston, TX; and Minneapolis, MN. Students are in GIDPs including Second Language Acquisition & Teaching (SLAT); Statistics & Data Science (SDS); Neuroscience; Social, Cultural, and Critical Theory (SCCT); Applied Mathematics; and Applied Intercultural Arts & Research (AIAR).
